My choice is for the Sig-Sauer 229. I have all 3 barrels and shoot .40S&W, .357SIG and 9mm with a Bar-Sto barrel.
It had NEVER jammed in 3 years with any kind or caliber of ammo I’ve fed it (thousands of rounds).
It goes BANG! every time, all the time and is way accurate in .357SIG. Can’t ask for more than that ~;-)
