Advertising Image Specifications:
All images shall be delivered at resolution no less than 300dpi.
Images will be accepted in the following formats: *.jpg, *.pdf, *.tif, *.psd, *.eps.
Full Page = 8.75" x 11.25"
(8.5" x 11" + 1/8" bleed on all sides)
Half Page = 8.75" x 5.75"
(8.5" x 5.5" + 1/8" bleed on all sides)
Third Page = 2.25" x 11.25"
(2" x 11" + 1/8" bleed on all sides)
Quarter Page = 4.5" x 5.75"
(4.25" x 5.5" + 1/8" bleed on all sides)
Sixth Page = 2.25" x 5.75"
(2" x 5.5" + 1/8" bleed on all sides)

All single month and quarterly (three issues) advertising sales will be billed in whole and invoices due by the submissions deadline date - typically the first Monday two calendar months prior to release date (if quarterly advertising agreement, first Monday two calendar months prior to release of the first issue advertising is to appear in).
All six- and twelve-month advertising sales will be billed quarterly and due by the submissions deadline, the first Monday two calendar months prior to the first issue release for the quarter billed.
